Standing figures face a field of blazing yellow-green light reflected in water below them. The composition is at once territorial and encounter-like — figures on the edge of something larger, caught between where they have come from and what lies ahead. The dark silhouettes anchor the energy, while the luminous green and blue reflection create a sense of movement, threshold, and living light.
The work carries themes of dawn, national awakening, and the threshold moment — a liminal space where identity, calling, and arrival converge.
The dominant color is a vivid green, blazing to yellow-green at the focal center. Dark figure forms create strong contrast against the lit field. A blue reflection runs beneath the central light, adding depth and a water-like quality to the lower composition. The mood is awakening, territorial, and charged with forward movement.
This is a square-format work. The bold color field and strong figure-ground contrast make it a natural focal point in rooms that can carry high visual energy. All prints are produced by a professional fine art lab using archival inks and materials. Paper prints should be framed behind UV-protective glazing and kept away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Metal prints are moisture-resistant and easy to clean with a soft dry cloth. Canvas prints may be gently dusted. Acrylic prints should be cleaned with a non-abrasive cloth. Avoid placing any print in direct, prolonged sunlight.
Orders are produced to order and shipped by my professional print lab partner in the United States. Production and transit times vary by size and finish; tracking is provided when your artwork ships. International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or import fees at delivery.
