Glory Storm 3, print is an open-edition cropped-detail fine art print by Anne Reid Artist — from the original painting Glory Storm (2017). A cobalt blue core encircled by warm amber-gold radiance, sweeping teal-green field, and a vivid orange-red arc at the lower horizon. Contemplative atmosphere with bold, luminous color. Available on archival paper, canvas, metal, and acrylic.
Artwork Statement
I painted Glory Storm as a moment where atmosphere meets something larger than weather. The spiral gathers and turns inward — not chaos, but revelation. The lower arc hints at a horizon or boundary, a veil between what is seen and what is pressing through. No figures, no narrative — only the force of light organizing itself into something that holds the room.
Variation & Edition Notes
Artist-directed cropped-detail edition from the original painting Glory Storm (2017, acrylic on canvas, 24 × 36 in). The crop adjusts the aspect from the original 2:3 to a 3:4 format. Print mastering has enhanced color saturation — the gold halo is warmer and more vivid, the blue core shifts toward cerulean, the teal field is more saturated, and the arc at the lower register carries a stronger orange-red edge than reads in the original photograph. These are artist-directed decisions for the print state. No compositing; no AI.
Color & Mood
Cerulean-cyan blue core encircled by warm amber-gold radiance — more vivid and saturated than the original
Teal-green sweeps through the mid and right field; deep navy anchors the lower-left
A diagonal arc at the lower register carries a vivid orange-red edge — the horizon between the natural and what is breaking through
Metal (ChromaLuxe) — vivid color, humidity-friendly; recommended for coastal homes and moisture-rich rooms
Acrylic facemount — luminous depth and sleek contemporary finish; humidity-friendly
Canvas — gallery-wrapped; ready to hang; soft painterly surface
Archival paper — giclée; frame under UV-protective glazing
Bathroom Suitability
Metal or acrylic for humid bathrooms. Glazed archival paper suits dry powder rooms. Canvas not recommended for high-humidity bathrooms.

9 × 12 and 18 × 24 in — accent sizes for smaller walls, desks, and reading corners

36 × 48 in — architectural presence; suited to large feature walls and hospitality spaces

Integrity Notes
Artist-directed cropped-detail edition from Glory Storm (2017, acrylic on canvas, 24 × 36 in) — aspect adjusted from 2:3 to 3:4. Print mastering includes color saturation enhancement beyond standard tonal adjustment; the print palette is intentionally more vivid than the original photograph shows. No compositing; no AI. The original painting is in the studio and available.
The original Glory Storm is available — if you are interested in the painting itself, please reach out and I am happy to share more details or arrange a viewing. For the larger architecturally scaled version of this print see Glory Storm 4, print.
